INFOGRAPHICS
Getting hourly retail employees to complete their training was a challenge since they are rarely in front of a computer and don't have company email addresses. It was important that their managers support their training initiatives. Ever since the introduction of infographics we have seen increased manager participation in our store training. Using a visual rankings system increased manager interest and engagement.
RESOURCE GUIDES
My technical skills in graphic design and extensive experience using Adobe products allows me to create the necessary learning materials on-time and under budget without outsourcing to other departments or vendors.
TRAINING REPORTS
I have combined my design aesthetics with my LMS duties to gain corporate buy-in and executive support by creating useful and interactive reports that are easily accessible and outline the department's success.
EMAIL MARKETING
A large part of my job has centered around script and communication writing. I am excellent at both written and verbal communication. I combine my communication and design skills to create visually compelling emails and marketing campaigns to drive new initiatives and promote training opportunities.
OTHER ASSETS
To support training I have also created worksheets, banners, and custom illustrations to keep learners engaged and interested.
