I am a creative instructional designer with 7+ years of experience in instructional, and graphic design that includes creating interactive e-learning courses and learning materials from SME intake to launch. I am experienced in re-designing existing content, as well as consulting with SME’s for creation of new content that aligns with brand standards.

My background in graphic design has given me the skills necessary to produce aesthetically beautiful content that engages learners and is "on-brand". I strongly believe that good design can aide learning.

My experience in learning and development goes beyond content creation, in the last five years I've had the opportunity to develop learning strategies and process, and lead teams in the implementation of two different LMS's.  I am skilled at simplifying complex concepts for maximum understanding to improve skills.
